I am located in the healing space at FOXFACE Studio 541 Ohio Street Saint Paul, West Side. The yoga studio entrance is located on the side street… GEORGE Street . Come to that entrance and down the stairs! Please remove footwear and leave them upstairs before entering the yoga studio.

SUNDAY MARCH 22nd SURRENDER INTO SOUND: yin yoga and sound bath 9:30am-10:45am. Welcome Spring as we we reelase and let go of the heavy load of all the unexpected winter events within our communities. Its time to gather again! Let us come together again-withPeaceful mind and Loving heart felt intentions. We will begin with a grounding ,gratitude filled seated meditation, the surrendering work of yin yoga will follow and then you will -slip into the hypnotic journey of sound.
